Following an initial meeting where we explained our approach and S2S solution KFS were pleasantly surprised at the feature rich solution we would be able to deliver for them and we were commissioned to launch their new website with a target go-live date of March 2010. During the build period, there was a two-way process of S2S understanding the needs of KFS and, in parallel, S2S coaching KFS on how best to approach an eCommerce project and the internal work required to ensure optimal use of our solution set.
The KFS website was launched on-time and to budget.
